Nostradamus has predicted some of the most significant events in history .... but his most horrific prediction for 2012 is one in which he talks about planetary alignment (which has already been scientifically proven and predicted) and a change mankind cannot even imagine. Coincidentally the day predicted by his (2012 dec. 21st) is also the exact day the Mayan calendar ends. ok ive been looking this up and ive found so much evidence from loads of different sauces [ ok most are proberly not reliable] but at first i was completely against it but i don't know what to believe now. ive even seen pictures of it on google sky! can anyone give me some completely reliable evidence to prove it isn't real? i might get some sleep then

What a day! Regardless of your political point of view, the peaceful transfer of power that is the cornerstone of the American political system is something to celebrate and watch with awe. In few other countries, and certainly none with the power of the United States, does the government pass from one person and party to the opposition without significant strife. In most countries it occurs at the end of a gun. So whether or not you are a supporter of President Obama's policies, today is a great day for democracy.

For leaders, this is also a day to observe how people react to change. We will see tears of joy and tears of fear. We will see celebration and grieving. Some will see the coming greatness while others see the coming Armageddon. In these times of change, leaders are responsible for managing the change process and the emotions it elicits. The supporters of the change will see only the benefits and they will refuse to see, or are simply blind to, the potential pitfalls. Those who don't support the change see only the failure lurking on the horizon. They are incapable of accepting that the change offers opportunities for growth and improvement. If the leader fails to manage this process properly, the result will be a failure to grasp opportunity and serious damage to the culture of the organization.

It's been 16 years since the United States had an inauguration that was truly celebrated. Midterm inaugurations don't carry the same anticipation that accompanies a change of presidents. Bush came to office in 2000 amid the trials and tribulations of the Bush-Gore debacle, settled only by a divisive Supreme Court decision. So it's been since Bill Clinton took office in 1992 that we've seen a celebrated change of power, something few of us can remember. The youth so pivotal to the outcome of this election were elementary school children at the time. There was no internet, I-phones, laptop computers. Wow! 

So business leaders, executives and supervisors alike, should step back for a moment to observe and learn a few things from this change process. It is your job to marshal change through your organization. While the affect of your actions may have little impact on the country, the impact on your organization is no less impactful, the emotions and expectations of your co-workers no less real. You will create anticipation as planning for the change takes place. When the "change" is to be shared with the team, there will be expectations created by the listeners. Too much hype and the announcement is a let-down. Too little and the impact becomes magnified and distorted. Either way, they will watch to see what follows the announcement either clamoring to get on board and yawning and exclaiming, "Same story, different week." "Wait a minute and this too will pass.

It is too early to draw conclusions about the new president's inauguration address. But when change management is your job, watching what the nation goes through and learning from the observations will make you better and more effective at moving your organization into uncharted territory.

In 2012, ther's suppose to be an allignment of all the planets. Is that true and if so, what could happen?

Cherokee elder and wisdom keeper, John Red Hat Duke, met many times with Hopi Chiefs and elders. He was a close personal friend of John Lansa, who Dottie understands was Hopi Chief of Oraibi over 25 years ago. Elder Red Hat was very good friends with the last Chief of Oraibi and consulted with him on some very important timely issues. John Red Hat's group of himself, Dottie, and Dr. Robertson was accepted as the Pahana group that the Hopi have been waiting for for centuries. The Chief told them there is one prophecy left to be fulfilled; the return of the tablet to validate Pahana; this is in Creator's hands. It will be exciting to see how this evolves.

The Hopi were told centuries ago to keep their hairstyle and their way of building houses so when Pahana returned he would recognize them. This White Brother, Pahana, had left and gone East but promised to return. He took the piece of tablet with him so he could bring it back when he returned and the Hopi would recognize him.

Dottie has received some revelation regarding the Hopi since Elder Red Hat's passing in December of 2003. She was told by Creator that the prophecy in Ezekiel 37 stating that He would unite the House of Judah and the House of Joseph as one, is the same event as the completion of the Hopi migration back to Jerusalem. She understands from Maggid ben Yoseif that this event must take place before the end of 2008 or else another judgment would be put on the House of Israel, the Ten Northern Tribes of which The House of Joseph is apparently the leader. Apparently, if this union does not occur, Israel will be in for much destruction and chaos! It is also likely that what happens to Israel will happen to the rest of the world so we are all affected!

Dottie also received from Creator that the union of the House of Judah and the House of Joseph will result in a combined unit of people called the Rainbow Tribe. This is also fulfillment of a Native American prophecy telling us there will be Rainbow Warriors in the End Days. These will be members of the Rainbow Tribe who will be fighting the Dark Forces, both physically and spiritually.

There is a Hopi prophecy that the Red Force will purify the Hopi people. Dottie believes this Red Force is the high level spiritual path, the Red Road, that she was instructed to write by the ancestors. It is the high-level spiritual path of Abraham which will be the new religion of the time following Armageddon.

There was an ancestor, Elijah, standing behind Dottie guiding her writing. The ancestors shared with her that when a person takes each step of the Red Road one at a time and masters it, she or he will find God when they master the seventh step! Therefore, if the Hopi walk the Red Road, as written by Dottie, they will be purified! Their prophecy will be fulfilled!

Dorothy was taught by Cherokee elder and wisdom keeper, John Red Hat Duke, for over ten years in the Keetoowah Cherokee spiritual ways, in Eastern philosophy, and in Judaism. She was raised Christian so she has a good working knowledge of Christianity. She became disillusioned with Christiaity so she now follows no religion, but strives to walk the Red Road spiritual path according to Jesus' teachings.

She received her call from Creator in the fall of '92, and was then taught by the great prophet Elijah for four years. She was given four assurances by Creator when He called her. She was told that she was anointed by the Holy One of Israel, that she would be protected until this work was done, that Creator would go before her whenever He sent her somewhere, and that she did not have to prove herself to anyone. She is one of the two prophesied witnesses sent by Creator.
